The petitioner has filed this application seeking to quash the notice dated 06.09.2000 issued in Form-O calling upon the petitioner to appear before the Controlling authority under Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 in Annexure-1. While entertaining this application, this Court has not passed any interim order in favour of the petitioner, thereby, the letter dated 06.09.2000 in Annexure-1 must have been given effect in the meantime. With the efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
