Heard Mr. S.S. Patra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the issue involved in this case is similar to W.P.(C) No. 13158 of 2013 ( Bhabagrahi Maharana v. State of Orissa and other connected batch of matters) disposed of on 21.11.2017, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the judgment dated 21.11.2017 passed in the aforementioned judgment.
Mr. B. Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department has no objection.
Considering the contention raised by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court on 21.11.2017 in Bhabagrahi Maharana (supra).
