By way of this writ petition, the Department has challenged the order dated 01.05.2013 (Annexure-7), passed by learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar, in C.P. No.96 of 2010, arising out of O.A. No.1070 of 2008, whereby the contemnor was directed to appear in person, failing which warrant of arrest was directed to be issued to receive the charge of contempt.
Considering the submission made, we are of the considered opinion that the impugned order under Annexure-7 is modified to the extent that the personal appearance of the contemnor is disposed with.
The writ petition is allowed to the aforesaid extent only.
All the connected Misc. Case(s)/I.A.(s), if any is/are accordingly disposed of.
