Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel. This matter involves grant of P.D.S. Retailer license for the Village Kakalama under Darpanarayanpur Gram Panchayat in the year 2008. In the meantime, more than ten years have already passed. For lapse of such a long time, it appears, the matter has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
