Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Dash, learned Additional Standing Counsel.
This is an application for extension of time for filing of representation as directed vide order dated 02.08.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in tune with order dated 02.08.2019, the petitioners could not file the representation before opposite party No.2 on account of suffering from fever. In such back ground, he prays for extension of time to file the said representation.
Considering the submissions made and in modification of the order dated 02.08.2019, this Court grants four weeks time from today to the petitioners for filing of representation before opposite party No.2 as directed by this Court vide order dated 02.08.2019. The rest part of the said order shall remain unaltered.
Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted
on proper application.
