In this writ petition, the petitioner prays for a direction to the opposite party ono.3-Tahasildar, Bhadrak to dispose of the applications of the petitioner under Annexures- 5 and 6.
It is apparent from the records that the kissam of the land of Plot No.93 of Khata No.612, MouzaBhuyanmahala is Grama Rasta. Hence, it is an objectionable encroachment and the said land cannot be settled in name of the petitioner.
In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
There shall be no orders as to costs.
