In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the opposite party ono.3-Tahasildar, Jatani to which court the case has been made over after bifurcation of the office of the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar, to dispose of the Misc. Case No.486 of 2000 arising out of W.L. Case No.897/ 1976 as directed in W.P.(C) No.10227 of 2003 by this Court.
Since this Court in the afore-stated writ petition has quashed the impugned order and remanded the matter back to the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar for fresh disposal and the record has now been transferred to the court of Tahasildar, Jatani, it is appropriate to direct the opposite party no.3-Tahasildar, Jatani to take up the matter as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the same, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
