Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction to opposite party no.1 to release the bank guarantee worth of Rs.5,00,00,000 (Rupees Five Crores) only of Opp. Party No.2 in its favour.
While entertaining this application this Court has not passed any interim order in favour of the petitioner. More so, in the meantime 9 years have passed. With the efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous, accordingly, the same stands disposed of as infructuous.
