By way of this appeal, the appellants have challenged the order dated 01.05.2008 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.5541 of 2008 whereby the writ petition preferred by the appellants was dismissed.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that since the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, the appellants do not want to proceed further in this appeal. Hence, he submits that this appeal may be disposed of.
In view of the above submission, this writ appeal stands disposed of.
Interim order dated 07.07.2008 passed in this appeal stands vacated.
Misc. Case(s)/I.A.(s) connected to the appeal, if any, is/are disposed of accordingly.
