Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 06.11.2018 passed by the Collector, Bhadrak directing re-location and shifting of IMFL “ON” Shop vide Annexure-1.
In our considered opinion, after the order was granted by this Court on 18.12.2018, no issue with regard to law and order situation has been brought to our notice. In that view of the matter, the order issued at Annexure-1 seems to be unjustified. Hence, the same need not be given effect to for the present. However, if any situation arises, it will be open for the authority to follow the law and after issuing notice and hearing the petitioner pass appropriate order.
The writ petition stands allowed to the aforesaid extent.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
