Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdrawal the writ appeal with liberty to file a better application in view of the discrepancy crept in the writ appeal inadvertently.
The prayer is allowed. Accordingly the writ appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
