Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
It appears that by way of this appeal, the appellant has challenged the judgment and order dated 27.11.2007 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.6897 of 2005 whereby the aforesaid writ petition was dismissed. The aforesaid writ petition was filed against a judgment and order passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Pattamundai.
In our considered opinion, this writ appeal is not maintainable. Accordingly, this writ appeal stands dismissed.
