After filing of this petition i.e. 22.04.1997, no steps have been taken by the petitioner-State at any point of time to get the matter listed. Further, defect pointed out by the Office has not yet been removed.
In view of the above, this S.J.C. stands dismissed for laches on the part of the petitioner-State.
