Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the rival contentions of the parties and applying the decision of the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Sow. Chandra Kanta & another versus Sheik Habib as reported in AIR 1975 SC 1500 , this Court finds, the Review application remains unentertainable. This Court further finds that this Review Petition has been filed by a different counsel other than the counsel appearing in the C.M.P. No.296 of 2018.
This Court observes, the review petition, in the circumstance, is not entertainable.
Accordingly, this Review Petition stands dismissed.
