By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 27.05.1997 at Annexure-2 passed by learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in Original Application No.390 of 1993.
It appears that this Court on 23.11.1998 while issuing notice stayed the impugned order. It seems that by efflux of time, this writ petition has become academic.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
