- 22.04.2019 Heard Mr. B.K. Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B.K. Nayak, learned counsel for opposite party no.2.
The petitioner has filed this writ application seeking direction to the opposite parties to pay the scale of pay and other allowances, as admissible to Delivery Supervisor, to the petitioner for the period from 10.11.1986 to 10.03.1991 and also to pay the scale of pay and allowances, as admissible to the post of Asst. Manager, to the petitioner from 11.03.1991 till date.
In course of hearing, Mr. B.K. Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that since it is an old case of the year 1996, he has no instruction in the matter and, therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ application with liberty to pursue his remedy by filing a fresh representation before the authority concerned.
With that liberty, the writ application stands disposed of. In case the petitioner files a fresh representation within two weeks hence, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
