An office order dated 16.04.2019 issued by Administrative Officer, Mahila Vikas Samabaya Nigamopposite party no.1 has been placed on record, wherein it has been stated as follows:-
“In supersession of this office order No.1560/MVSN dt.10.07.15, Smt. Renubala Rath, Senior Assistant has been allowed notional promotion w.e.f. dt.01.12.2013 without financial benefit. As per her pay on 01.12.2018, she will draw her salary in the basic pay of Rs.12,290/-, GP-4,200/- in the scale of pay of PB-2, 9,30034,800/-, GP-4,200/- with usual DA and other allowances as admissible from time to time. The financial benefit will be effective w.e.f. 16.04.19. This is in accordance with letter No.6281/WCDMS dt.16.04.19 of Department of W&CD and Mission Shakti, Govt. of Odisha. Her next date of increment will be on 01.12.19.”
Since learned counsel for the petitioner has agreed to such office order, this writ application stands disposed of in terms of such office order.
