Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for respondent No.3-Insurance Company as well as its representatives, who are present. It is stated at Bar that no appeal has been filed by the Insurance Company.
It is agreed to by the parties that a further consolidated amount of Rs.20,000/- only shall be payable by the Insurance Company to the claimant-appellant over and above the awarded amount. Accordingly, the consolidated amount of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) shall be deposited by the Insurance Company before the Tribunal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. On such deposit being made, the said amount shall be disbursed in favour of the claimant on proper identification.
As the settlement is arrived at before the Lok Adalat, no court fee shall be levied on the claimant.
The MACA is accordingly disposed of.
