The informant of Berhampur Sadar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2002 giving rise to the above Sessions Trial is the petitioner before this Court.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State. Perused the judgment impugned in this revision.
The opposite party no.2 having been acquitted of the charge under sections 147/148/302/149 IPC, that order has been called in question in this revision filed by the informant.
The revision having been presented on 13.12.2005, the same has not yet been admitted and there has been lapse of more than thirteen and half years since the order of acquittal which has been called in question.
Considering the submission made and in view of the aforesaid, this Court does not find any justification to entertain this revision.
Accordingly, the revision stands dismissed.
