CRLREV NO.443 OF 2017
This revision has been directed against an order dated 26.04.2017 passed by the Presiding Officer, Special Court under SC&ST (PoA) Act, Cuttack in I.C.C. No.1 of 2016 rejecting the applications under section 245, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioners for their discharge in the case, which is running for commission of offence under section 3(1)(x) S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act.
Placing the affidavit filed by one Saroj Kanta Rana and Ragunath Sethi, who claim to be the victims in the case, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this revision. He further submits that the case being posted to 19.12.2019 in the court below for further order; the petitioners as well as two victims as above named would appear therein for further needful in the matter.
In view of above submission, this revision stands disposed of as not pressed.
