This CRLREV has been filed by the petitioner for quash the order taking cognizance dated 19.03.2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Mayurbhanj at Baripada in G.R. Case No.15 of 2017.
Nothing is brought to notice of the Court indicating that the uncontroverted allegation does not make out any offence for which cognizance has been taken and the material collected no way indicts the petitioner in this case.
In such facts and situation, I see no reason to interfere with the order of cognizance. Hence, this Criminal Revision filed challenging the aforesaid order is devoid of merit and stands dismissed at the stage of admission.
