This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 6.7.2011 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur in 2(b)C.C. No.07/2008 wherein N.B.W.(A) has been issued against him.
The warrant is of the year 2011. The petitioner was absconding throughout without any reason.
Hence, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.
Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
