The present CRLMP is filed for nonregistration of the F.I.R. Leaned Additional Government Advocate on instruction has submitted that, on the basis of F.I.R lodged by the petitioner on 19.06.2018 at Niali P.S Case No. 171 of 2018 under Sections 341/294/323/34, I.P.C was registered and charge sheet has already been filed after investigation.
In view of such facts, nothing more remains to be decided in the present CRLMP.
The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
