Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing for Vigilance Department.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that each case record is not more than one to two pages and for that it cannot be said voluminous.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel (Vigilance) submits that he has no information about that.
In the premises, trial court is directed to allow the inspection of the record with reference to his order dated 27.01.2018 in T.R. No. 16 of 2012 and if the documents for which copy is asked for is not more than two pages in each case, the photocopy of the same shall be supplied and the trial is to be expedited.
With the aforesaid observation the CRLMC is disposed of.
