Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the opposite party - State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without going into the merits of the case, learned Trial Court may be directed to expedite the Trial.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel has not objected to such prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, learned Trial Court is directed to expedite trial of the case keeping in view the direction of Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Hussain & Anr. Vrs. Union of India , reported in 2017 (5) SCC 702 .
With this observation and direction the CRLMC stands disposed of.
