CRLMC No.3443 of 2018
In order to ensure the speed trial of this five year old case in the light of observation made by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Hussain & Another vrs. Union of India reported in (2017) 5 SCC 702, the petitioner-accused is directed to appear before the court within 15 (fifteen) days from today and shall be released on bail by the trial court whereafter, the recall of N.B.W. shall be made.
The lower court is also directed to complete the trial as per the observation made in the aforesaid Hussain Case.
With this observation, the CRLMC is disposed of.
