It appears that the petitioner being convicted under Section 498-A, 304-B, 306/34 of I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P. Act, has preferred the aforesaid Criminal Appeal wherein his application for bail having been refused, he has come to this Court for his release on bail in this application.
Heard.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order and release the petitioner on bail. However, learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Baripada shall do well to dispose of the aforesaid Criminal Appeal within a month from the date of receipt / production of the certified copy of this order. The petitioner shall also cooperate with the hearing of the aforesaid Criminal Appeal.
With the aforesaid order, this CRLMA stands disposed of.
