Since the petitioner challenging the show cause notice issued against her by the Inspector of Excise E.I. & E.B., Unit-II, Sambalpur in confiscation Case No.152/16-17 which corresponding to 2(a)C.C. Case No.53 of 2016, I am not inclined to interfere with the same.
Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
