CRLMA No.162 of 2019
This is an application for restoration of CRLMC No.2524 of 2018 which has been disposed of on 27.03.2019 being dismissed pursuant to the Order of this Court dated 17.12.2018 for not filing the certified copy of the impugned order.
Since certified copy of the said order has been filed, the prayer for restoration is allowed. CRLMC No.2524 of 2018 be restored to file and be listed on its usual course. The certified copy of the impugned order be kept on that record.
Accordingly, this CRLMA stands disposed of.
