In spite of RTI information vide Annexure-3, he submits that the plaint mentioned that ‘Amulya Naik’ is the son of ‘Madhu Naik’ not ‘Madusudan Naik’, this admission aspect can be gone into in the ultimate trial of the suit.
In this view of the matter, this Court finds no infirmity in the impugned order requiring to be interfered with. This Court observes that in the event the petitioner is interested for evidence through Annexure-3, it will be opened to take RTI information as a piece of evidence.
