The offences alleged initially though are under Secs.392/294/34, I.P.C., but subsequently turned to under Secs.420/408/201, I.P.C.
The F.I.R. was lodged on the information of the petitioner about alleged commission of robbery in respect of the cash he was bringing, but subsequently in course of investigation, it is surfaced that he himself is the culprit who managed to stage the occurrence.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is inside custody since 18.10.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the period of detention of the petitioner inside custody, it is directed to release the petitioner on bail in connection with Patna P.S. Case No.147/2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1409/2019 on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
