This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.11.2019 passed in ABLAPL No.16882 of 2019.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the same is allowed. The expressions “Special G.R. Case No.198 of 2019” and “Addl. District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Mayurbhanj, Baripada” mentioned in 2nd paragraph of the order dated 26.11.2019 be corrected as “Special G.R. Case No.52 of 2019” and “District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Mayurbhanj, At-Baripada” respectively. The rest part of the said order shall remain unaltered.
The petition is disposed of.
Certified copy be corrected accordingly.
