It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is inside custody since 26.8.2019.
Considering the nature of allegation and the period of detention of the petitioner inside custody, it is directed to release the petitioner on bail in connection with Nimapara P.S. Case No.215/2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.483/2019 on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter including the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the I.I.C., Nimapara PS once in each week for a period of six months from the date of his release.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
