Perused the petition filed for modification of the order dated 14.11.2019 passed in BLAPL No. 5625 of 2019.

Upon hearing the learned Counsel for the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and State, that the order dated 14.11.2019 stands modified to the extent that in the 7^th line of second paragraph, the name the witness “Indrajit Sahu” be substituted by “Kirti Chandra Sahu”.

Necessary correction be carried out accordingly.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
