Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State counsel.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials available on record as also keeping in view the nature of accusations and other surrounding circumstances including the period of detention of the petitioner; while being not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, the application stands disposed of with the observation that the trial court would do well to take all the effective steps for conclusion of the trial in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
