The petitioner being in custody in G.R. Case No.980 of 2017 & C.T. Case No.12 of 2019 corresponding to Jatani P.S. Case No.372 of 2017 pending in the court of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar running for the alleged commission of offence under sections 302, I.P.C. has filed this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions made further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances, at this stage, while being not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, the application stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for grant of bail by filing an application before the Court in seisin of the case citing all the developments which have taken place in the meantime for their consideration in proper prospective and disposal of the application in accordance with law uninfluenced by this order.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
