Surrender certificate / order has not been filed to show that this petitioner has surrendered before the trial court after expiry of the period of interim bail as has been ordered on 17.04.2017 in Misc. Case No. 272 of 2017.
In view of above, the BLAPL stands disposed of with the observation that if the petitioner has not surrendered in the meantime and the trial is pending; the court below shall do well to take all such effective steps as provided in law so as to ensure his presence for being further dealt in accordance with law.
The Registry is directed to communicate the order forthwith.
