Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being arrested in one case has been forwarded in so many cases, though it is said that he has involved in two dozen of cases, and in all those cases he has granted bail.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the move.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed, further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances including the period of detention of the petitioner in custody and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that the petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the court in seisin of the case with the further condition that he will appears in person before the IIC of Jajpur Road Police Station in every Sunday in between 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM for next six months.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed.
