This is an application for modification of the order dated 20.02.2019.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the catena of decisions the cash security imposed on the petitioner is not proper. The said aspect has already been dealt with as to why the cash security shall be imposed.
Perused the grounds taken in the interim application, I am not inclined to modify the order dated 20.02.2019.
Accordingly, the I.A. stands dismissed.
