05 19.03.2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Since the petitioner has flouted the terms and conditions of the interim order dated 06.02.2019 passed in I.A.No.160 of 2019 in surrendering before the Court below after expiry of the interim bail period, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, prayer for bail stands rejected.
Learned Special Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Sonepur in Spl.G.R.Case No.17 of 2017 shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law for apprehension of the petitioner.
Intimate the Court concerned forthwith.
