BLAPL No. 1177 of 2019
This is an application under section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner in connection with Sambalpur Town P.S. Case No.342 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2713 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur for offences punishable under sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 24.09.2018 and the fact that the offences are triable by Magistrate and the co-accused has been released on bail by this Court in BLAPL No.7279 of 2018 vide order dated 21.12.2018, copy of which is filed and taken on record and after hearing the learned counsel for the State, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Let the petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as learned Court in seisin over the matter may deem just and proper.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
