Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the meantime the argument of the case in the trial Court has been completed and it is kept for delivery of the judgment.
In view of the stage of trial, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands dismissed.
