Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the N.C.B., while being inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner at this stage, the application stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the court in seisin of the case citing all the developments which have taken place in the meantime for their consideration in proper perspective.
The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
