Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusation against the petitioner as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Barpali P.S. Case No. 177 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 175 of 2018 on the file of learned JMFC, Barpali within two weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
