Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusations against the petitioners as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Parjang P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018 corresponding to Special Case No. 34 of 2018 on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kamakshyanagar within two weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
