Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n) of the I.P.C. read with Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 in Spl. G.R. Case No.587 of 2019, of the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Bolangir, arising out of Kantabanji P.S. Case No.197 of 2019.
A clear case under Section 376 (2)(n) of the I.P.C. read with Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 is made out.
Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, this ABLAPL is dismissed.
