It appears that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.12858 of 2017 for her release on pre-arrest bail which was disposed of by directing the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and make a motion of bail. But, the petitioner without complying the aforesaid order, has again come to this Court for her release on pre-arrest bail.
In view of the aforesaid fact, the prayer for prearrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. Consequently, this ABLAPL stands dismissed.
