Considering the submissions made and viewing the nature of accusation against the petitioners as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Chandahandi P.S. Case No. 0077 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 75 of 2019 on the file of learned JMFC, Chandahandi within two weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
