Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners and nature of allegation, it is directed that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole and apply for bail in connection with Jenapur P.S. Case No.180 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1169 of 2019 within 3 (three) weeks from the date of re-opening of the Court after the ensuing “Durga Puja Holidays”. In the event of their surrender and motion for bail, learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole shall release each of the petitioners on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
