The petitioner has filed this application seeking to quash the order dated 26.05.2008 in Annexure-3 by which the renewal of license of PDS retailers for the year 2008-09 has been cancelled.
Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate states that since the period of renewal of license has already been over, the writ petition has become infructuous.
In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous with efflux of time.
